We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. We recommend comparing your measurements to our chart, as our bridal and evening wear often features a tailored fit.
What is your return policy for bridesmaids and bridal gowns?
We offer returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Please note that final sale items and custom-length gowns are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. You may request a change within 1 hour of purchase, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has entered production.
